How do I recover a lost account?
Log in using your linked Gmail, Facebook, or Apple account. If that fails, contact support with your Commander Code and purchase proof.
Can I delete or unlink my account?
Accounts cannot be deleted from servers. Linking is permanent, but you can reset or erase progress.
Someone else is using my account
This happens if login details are shared. Never share credentials and always log out from other devices.
Notifications not working?
This can happen if you use multiple devices. Try sticking to one device or uninstalling from others.
Why was my account banned?
Bans happen due to cheating, offensive behavior, or rule violations.
How do I disable notifications?
Go to Settings and turn them off.
