If you've already created a support ticket, kindly include the ticket number as well.

Help Battle Cry find your account to help you. Go to your MAIN PAGE, Scroll down to the bottom and click on SETTINGS.

Once you click on SETTINGS, Scroll down that page. You will see your Battle Cry SCREENNAME, Your Real Name under Windows and what system your playing it under Example: Facebook or Gmail. This helps the DEV'S on locating your account in case you can't get in (Recover Your Account). You should immediate write this info and screen-shot it and send it to yourself in email for later use. (See Picture Below). My information has been removed to protect my privacy.
