Seems every time I go to hit someone there putting over a 1000 in the fight just in army and it's always the same lower feds and stuff. Refer to image maybe I'm missing something

You need to max your units out, that's why you are loosing, look at the image I've sent

Most of the units are maxed out for the level I'm at, the more Feds you do, the more units you will gain, the more units you gain, the more you will attack with, spend skill points on attack too, Hope it helps
