How long does this last? I posted on my wall I was blocked so everyone will know

How can I have my restrictions removed from my account I am very sorry for what I have done and it will not happen again. I can't post on anyone's wall not even my own or my clan wall.

There are two options the developers have when punishing a player that's (repeatedly) violating the terms of service. 1) Removing ability to post on world/ walls 2) Permanent suspension Consider yourself lucky.
