Acc did not register with my email properly

So I made a specific email for my battlecry acc. I logged in with it to create the acc. After playing awhile I did buy gold and everything was great... Then I accidentally clicked logout instead of switch acc. So I went to log back in with the same email But it loads up as a completely new account And I don't know why or how to recover my acc. Any help would be nice
