daily backups

Currently there are 2 backups to choose from. And to be honest, most of the time i dont even send them.i would suggest revamping this area. One suggestion is do it by level. For example: 25 might be captain buzz but 30 might be a pillage item and 35 might be something different yet.

i also think by going in level increments of 5, it might give more game play options. but another option that kinda goes hand and hand if this passes is maybe either extend "lifespan" of backups or making them so some are forever (like captains and pillage units) and the other stuff such as Muzzler V has a 1 day "lifespan".
